Job Description

  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect organization’s goals.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales policies to all countries of operations.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Forecasting regional sales targets, evaluating and analyzing their sales & marketing performance based on their sales data and trends.
  • Be an active participant in tradeshows, exhibitions, offers or product launches to promote company products, simplify market penetration and increase market share.
  • Ensure effective management of all retail outlets and monitoring their compliance with the company policies and standards.
  • Manage and review regional sales teams and their development plans.
  • Delegate authorities and responsibilities to the teams with supervision and accountability.
  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets and monitor compliance.
  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  • Set objectives of the sales teams and regularly monitor their performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them.
  • Establishing sales training program to train new and existing employees.
  • Train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Direct and manage performance and development of team members.
  • To promote a customer care approach, investigating complaints or issues related to customer care and devising strategies to resolve them timely and efficiently.
  • Appointment of distributors & franchise partners and generate new business opportunities.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Monitor and adopt industry trends and innovations to maximize sales revenue.
