The Manager of Facilities Control Center will be accountable for the delivery of the following objectives:
Manages the governance framework for the development and planning of Centralized Facility Control Center.
Manages the implementation of the Centralized Facility Control Center, including the business case development, with return on investment case, key milestones, risks and issues.
Manages stakeholders in the development of processes, workflows, policies and procedures that support the creation of the centralized facility control center and reporting KPIs implementation status.
Manages the workforce plan, including structure, job descriptions and workforce numbers to facilitate the successful running of the Facility Control Center.
Manages dashboards for the Centralized Facility Control Center and KPIs to be applied for reporting purposes.
Manage the change management implementation process for the Facility Control Center, ensuring appropriate and timely communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
Manage the implementation of a training and education plan for the Facility Control Center and stakeholders involved in providing or accessing the service
Oversees and monitors policies and procedures that support the highest standards.
Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt. Uses great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is released to unauthorized members of staff
Follows all related policies and procedures. Participates in emergency and disaster procedures. Performs other duties within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as required.
