The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Excellence Transformation Associate to join our team at Roche Algerian affiliate on a project implementation basis. In this role, you will play a key role in driving and implementing procurement governance improvements, with a focus on digitalization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in our procurement processes and implementing corrective measures.


The opportunity:


  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.


  • Develop and implement streamlined procurement workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.


  • Utilize technical solutions to automate procurement processes and improve overall productivity.


  • Lead and manage procurement transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of process improvements.


  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation and adoption of the project.


  • Prepare and provide training to the organization on new procurement tools, processes, and SOPs.


Who you are:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.


  • You have a proven experience in process implementation (Process Management). Preferably Procurement or supply chain), preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.


  • You have a proficiency in utilizing technical tools and solutions, such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc., to automate processes and enhance efficiency.


  • You have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and implement effective solutions.


  • You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.


  • You have  qualifications in Lean management or similar are preferred.


  • You are a detail-oriented person with a focus on accuracy and quality.


  • You are fluent in English, French, and Arabic languages.
