My story briefly, I graduated from university & worked in a company that shut down after two years, then I heard about Bayt.com & after I added my CV on Bayt.com and within less than three months, I joined the company which I'm currently working for in 2005.

Once upon a time I was a fresh IT graduate who wished for a strong start at a reputable company, I was surfing all the jobs sites day and night for a whole week, then I found this opening vacancy at the job site itself "Bayt.com"! I hesitated whether I should apply or not, I never expected that "Bayt.com" will call back or be interested in interviewing me, but the unexpected happened, couple of days later I got a phone call from their HR department for a phone interview, they then called me for an IQ exam, and an interview.

Couple of days passed and I was contacted by the Development manager saying that I was accepted and they will send me the offer, and I accepted it happily .

Today i am a proud "Senior Software Engineer" who is a part of an organization that cares about others and works hard to make their lives better by providing them a tool that links them to employers directly.

على الرغم من حصولي على العديد من الدورات والخبرات إلا أنني كنت أعاني من عدم الحصول على عروض أو مقابلات وظيفية، وبعد الاستعانة بخدمات بيت المهنية رأيت الفرق ، بالارقام حصلت على عرض وظيفي بزيادة 41% من مرتبي ، خلال أقل من 6 أشهر حصلت على عرض وظيفي بزيادة 31% ، بمعنى آخر حصلت مامجموعه 72% خلال 6 أشهر ، هناك الكثير من أصدقائي وزملائي ممن يملكون مهارات وخبرات أفضل مني ولكنهم لايعرفون كيف يزيدون فرص الحصول على عروض وظيفية أفضل لأنهم ببساطة لايتقنون التعبير عن أنفسهم ، في سيرتي الذاتية الاولى تم عرضها 151 مرة وبحثها 1635 مرة وهذا خلال 5سنوات ، بعد الاستعانة بخدمات بيت وانشاء سيرة ذاتية جديدة تم عرضها 79 مرة وبحثها 1944 مرة خلال اقل من سنة
نصحيتي الذهبية هي أن تستعين بشخص محترف لمساعدتك على إظهار قدراتك العملية لمدرائك المستقبليين بالتأكيد انه استثمار مثمر وسريع الاجل

Back in 2008, I attended Bayt.com's Virtual Job Fair, where I met a representative from a management consulting regional company, looking for a technical writer. I applied, got interviewed and shortly after that I got the job.

Working for that company proved to be one of the most rewarding professional experiences I've had; as I gained more responsibilities as an assignment coordinator and became the Regional Manager's right hand in Amman office, I also used Bayt.com to recruit new team members!

بدأت قصتي سنة ٢٠٠٥ عندما اشتركت في موقع بيت.كوم وقمت بالتقدم لاكثر من وظيفة وأجريت مقابلاتٍ مع اكثر من شركة ولكنني فقدت الأمل في ايجاد فرصة عمل إلا انني لاحظت في الموقع امكانية تحديد الوظيفة المرغوبة وارسال ايميلات بأي فرصة تتعلق بالوظيفة المرغوبة. وكنت ارغب بالعمل في بنك علماً انني لا املك الخبرة الكافية. وبالفعل تم ارسل لي موقع بيت.كوم ايميل حول وظيفة في بنك الاردن ورغبتهم بتعيين سكرتيرة تملك ٨ سنوات خبرة وعلى الرغم من ان الوظيفه لا تناسبني حيث انني كنت خريجة جديدة وليس لدي مؤهلات تخولني الحصول على الوظيفة إلا انني قمت بارسال سيرتي الذاتية. وبالفعل اتصلوا بي في اليوم التالي وحددوا موعد للمقابلة ولكني لم اذهب في الموعد المحدد لاعتقادي بانهم لن يقبلوني. ولكن مدير الشركة نصحني بألا افقد الأمل فقررت الذهاب في اليوم التالي. وبالفعل تم تعييني في بنك الاردن كسكرتيرة وتحديت نفسي واصبحت موظفة خدمة عملاء وحصلت عل العديد من الدورات وشهادات الخبرة وشهادات التقدير وحصلت عل خبرة ٦ سنوات ويعود الفضل بذلك لموقع بيت.كوم
