The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Excellence Transformation Associate to join our team at Roche Algerian affiliate on a project implementation basis. In this role, you will play a key role in driving and implementing procurement governance improvements, with a focus on digitalization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in our procurement processes and implementing corrective measures.
The opportunity:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement streamlined procurement workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Utilize technical solutions to automate procurement processes and improve overall productivity.
Lead and manage procurement transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of process improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation and adoption of the project.
Prepare and provide training to the organization on new procurement tools, processes, and SOPs.
Who you are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
You have a proven experience in process implementation (Process Management). Preferably Procurement or supply chain), preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
You have a proficiency in utilizing technical tools and solutions, such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc., to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
You have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and implement effective solutions.
You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
You have qualifications in Lean management or similar are preferred.
You are a detail-oriented person with a focus on accuracy and quality.
You are fluent in English, French, and Arabic languages.
