Today, we are looking for a Supply Planning Lead to join our team in Algeria.
This role is based in Algiers.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Plan and monitor supply and capacity in line with PMI/PMP guidelines.
- Organize and monitor all the international and local transportation activities to business partner.
- Coordinate process of definition of stock policies for materials and finished goods by collaborating with market planning and manufacturing to provide inputs on optimal production pattern resulting in minimal cost and optimal service to market.
- Develop and maintain optimal inventory projections and adherence to targets for the respective scope to meet demand.
- Plan, manage and control third parties’ activities ensuring quality safety and security standards.
- Ensure that the right logistics management systems are in place.
- Ensure PMI Track and Trace policies are followed and compliant with the scanning of master shipping cases in the market.
- Work on preparation, deployment and utilization of the PMI standard operating guidelines & systems taking into account the nature of each type of products transported & stored.
- Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, supply chain, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply planning effectiveness.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or any related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Proven experience Planning & Replenishment Management and Third-Party Management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
