New position as Director of Feasibility & Development has become available with this expanding hotel group based in Bahrain – The role supports strategic direction for all hotel, hospitality & acquisition development efforts as well as supporting key strategic initiatives to enhance retention of existing hotels.
As Director of Feasibility & Development you will be directing every phase of the deal process, from initial deal identification, to feasibility, to underwriting & investment analysis, to diligence & deal structuring, to final approval by the BoD.
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of Bahrain, KSA & Gulf markets
BA or BS Degree or MS Degree
5 years financial analysis experience within a hotel company, consulting firm, bank, brokerage, or real estate investment firm.
