• Create rough and final cuts of videos.
• Shoots video and produces content as necessary.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Edits videos to targeted length and specifications.
• Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
• Splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics and watching the finished video to catch mistakes before submitting it for review.
• Review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footages, adding sound effects and graphics and fine-tuning the completed video or film.
• Reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit.
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage.
• Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed.
• Explores different versions and directions.
• Ensures compliance with highest broadcaster standards.
• Handles and organizes raw and edited video files and store videos in appropriate and safe manner.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Working closely with Directors to present a final video that matches his vision.
