Tips to choosing a real estate company to buy/sell/rent property
Whether you are looking to find a job in Abu Dhabi or live in Abu Dhabi for an extended period of time to be with friends or family or pursue your own interests or start your own business, the following are tips to choosing a real estate company to buy/ sell/ rent property:
Many real estate companies have become leaders in the market by offering outstanding customer service and ensuring on time delivery. Seek advice from people who have been living and working in Abu Dhabi for a while. Word of mouth is always a good way to start!
Once you have narrowed down your choices, check your prospects' websites for property listings. Keep in mind the more property a company has listed, the more interaction it would have with both buyers and sellers.
Call the firm that you are interested in and talk to an agent. Ask him/her all the questions you have about the property market in Abu Dhabi. If he/she gets back to you within a reasonable time interval with sufficient and satisfactory responses that would be a sign of professionalism and interest. If on the other hand you are received with disinterest or delays from the start and the agents are unable to answer basic questions about your area of interest, this may be an indication that you are better served elsewhere. Look for experience, depth of market knowledge, volume of transactions, nature of transactions, professionalism and genuine interest from the real estate professional, in selecting the right real estate company for you.
