The accountabilities of this role is to assume responsibility for and ensure the efficient operation of all Soft Services and Housekeeping Service Providers; ensuring that all assets are maintained well and various operational costs are budgeted annually for Doha Festival city Mall. To maximize the mall presentation by effectively managing the daily operations of the mall in a manner that ensures the ongoing and sustainable maintenance of the asset through excellence and innovation services management.
This role will report to the Senior Development Manager - Infrastructure and will be based out of the mall management offices at Doha Festival City, Doha Qatar.
About YouWe are looking for someone in an existing managerial role in facilities soft services working with a large property.
Someone from a large scale mall, hotel or tourism park. GCC experience of atleast 5 years would be ideal.

To be a successful Luxury Fashion Ambassador, you should have previous luxury retail or hospitality experience, a passion for fashion and brands, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market.
You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good spoken English. You will use your excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers' needs and requirements. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
You must be happy working in shifts over a 6 day working week.
