Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. (W.L.L.) was established in Abu Dhabi in the year 1972 to operate as a National Multi Disciplined Contracting Company. Al Nasr, a major contractor in Abu Dhabi, has developed the organisational capabilities to provide their competitive services to their Clients such as the Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Oil Companies, Abu Dhabi Public Works Department and other Authorities throughout the U.A.E. Over the years, the Company has successfully executed projects in Civil Structures such as Grain Silos, Pumping Stations, Ancillary Industrial Structures, Concrete Ground and Elevated Water Reservoirs, Industrial Factories, Water - Sewer & Fire fighting Network Systems for International Airports, Mosques and Public Housing Units in Sub-division developments and School Complex. Water Networks throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi ranging from house connection works to division water distribution networks and main water trunk lines of 1600mm pipes from desalination plants around the country to the major cities in the Emirate. The Company is an expert contractor in Ductile Iron Pipes (DI), Carbon Steel Pipes (CS), High Density Poly Urethane Pipes (HDPE) and Glass Reinforced Pipes (GRP). Design, procurement, fabrication and erection of Water Pumping Stations over 6,000 m3/Hr. capacity with Mechanical Pumps & Piping works, Controls & Instrumentation, Chlorination, HV & LV Power Lines, for the station operation/integration with the network, installation of pumps of 1,800m3/Hr. capacities complete with testing & commissioning activities. The Company has an outstanding experience in Submarine Waterline construction works both by dredging and directional drilling methods, and Submarine HV Power-lines laying.
