Welcome to Al Rajhi International for Investment Co. The world is experiencing revolutionary economic and cultural changes after many countries have become members of the WTO to liberate trade between the member states with the result that the international resources and markets are more accessible to foreign investors. Accordingly, the transformation also requires that business models and attitudes of investors adapt and align with these opportunities to capitalize on the benefits of globalization of business. The Sheikh Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Group attained the 27th rank among the Top 100 Saudi companies as of 2005 due to its success in many domestic and international economic sectors and is well positioned to participate in achieving the new opportunities and challenges. The Group has already conducted considerable in-house research to assess the opportunities which have been created and to develop strategic plans in an initiative spirit to maximize the advantages and minimize the risks. During the last number of years, Al-Rajhi Group has invested in the industrial, agriculture, poultry and real-estate sectors in various countries like Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Sudan and Egypt. It has also established the Al-Rajhi International Investment Company (RAII) to accelerate and diversify investments and to create new attractive and profitable investment opportunities, capitalizing on the advantages of globalization. RAII is a privately held limited liability company established in 2006 under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is a member of Sheikh Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Awqaf Company (Awqaf Al Rajhi Group). The main objective of RAII is to invest in agribusiness and associated activities globally to achieve diversification of its investment portfolio through globalization to achieve a sustainable return on investment and contribute to the socio-economic development and food security.
