APICORP is an inter-Arab joint stock company established in November 1975 in accordance with an international agreement signed and ratified by the governments of ten Member States of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) with headquarters in the City of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Corporation participates in the equity capital of petroleum and petro-chemical projects and extends commercial loans for the projects execution or expansion.
