The company has over eight years' regional experience and seven full time consultants based in Dubai. biz-ability is structured into six core dimensions: * Leadership Development * Service Solutions * HR Consultancy * Sales Development * Team Events * Change Management biz-ability provides tailor-made training and development programmes across a wide spectrum of behavioural subjects, in both English and Arabic. Training materials are developed to meet the client's business objectives. The focus is on practical application - what works in this region and what works best for the client's company culture. biz-ability have recently developed Leadership & Management courses with on-line learning support, reducing the time spent in traditional 'classroom' training, by providing a combination of pre-workshop learning (on-line), practical workshops and work based projects. Our client list is extensive with a blend of international companies, local organisations and government operations.
