CHF International is a politically neutral, non profit organization founded in 1952 that works in conflict affected and developing countries. CHF Serves more than 20 million people each year, empowering them to improve their lives and livelihoods for a better future. CHF currently has programs in more than 25 countries around the world, across Asia, Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean, Europe & Caucasus, and the Middle East. One of CHF International programs is VITAS. VITAS is a non-profit, lending program that was established by CHF international in 2003 and that targets individuals who are unable to access bank credit. Our mission is to contribute to the overall economic revival by empowering male and female home or business owners to strengthen and expand their businesses, stabilize their incomes and improve their overall living standards.
