Dubai Women and Children Foundation is one of the few civil society organizations in the UAE that deal specifically with women and children who are victims of violence, abuse or neglect. The Foundation benefits from the support of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, which has tasked the Foundation to liaise with various government entities in Dubai to guarantee the rights of women and children and ensure they live in a safe environment.
