    The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai, was established in 2002 with a mandate to provide the physical, market and financial infrastructure required to set up a commodities market place in Dubai, spanning a wide range of commodities industries.

    The main commodity divisions within DMCC are Gold, Diamond, Pearls, Tea and Cotton, and DMCC has initiated several joint venture companies to facilitate these commodities. Other commodities are also serviced within DMCC, and businesses with activities not related to commodities also take advantage of setting up at the JLT free zone.

    DMCC members are offered highly attractive benefits under a free zone status including a secure regulated environment. As the first sector-specific UAE free zone authority to offer freehold business premises, DMCC has implemented a dedicated compliance policy in the organisation, which is in line with the compliance related laws and regulations of the UAE Federal Government and competent international bodies.


    Effectively answer all customer queries, log the query on maximize and either resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department in the Company and provide a follow up service to close or conclude each query. Duties and responsibilities: Determines requirements by working with customers. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Maintains call center database by entering information.

    The Digital Marketing Executive reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing digital marketing tactics across all online marketing channels, geared to driving increased customer acquisition and retention goals. This includes generating campaign performance reports, analyzing performance and optimizing deliverables, campaigns and social outputs. In addition to working with the marketing team and internal stakeholders, the role requires engagement with third party offshore and onshore suppliers. Responsibilities: Manage the production and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns. This may involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with d and printers Working together with offshore supplier, manage DMCC’s day-to-day social media presence Assist in the strategy, build and launch of future digital initiatives such as DMCC website, microsites, campaign landing pages Through digital campaigns, maintain, build and update mailing databases Assist in content refreseh and page updates on websites, microsites and landing pages Evaluate marketing campaigns Monitor competitor activity Liaise between DMCC and agencies – where applicable:- Ensure the development of full-fledged briefs for job requirements - Commissioning and follow up on all materials and agency output
