In 1976, General Construction Co. was founded in Abu Dhabi as a local contracting company within the Al Rubaya Group of Companies under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohamad Abdul Aziz Bin Rubaya Al Muheiry and having Engineer Elie Khalil Saliba as Chief Executive Officer. GCC is a pioneer in the construction of the below mentioned scopes of work: - Water Distribution Networks - Water Storage Tanks and Towers - Pumping Stations and Power Stations - Sewerage and Storm water Schemes - Water well field development - Irrigation and Landscaping - Golf Course construction - Commercial and Industrial Buildings - Low Cost Housing Complexes we excels in responding to the needs of clients with a commitment of high quality service and timely delivery. we are proudly classified as “Category One” by the Planning Department of Abu Dhabi for activities related to pipeline and water distribution network and certified by TÜV NORD ISO 9001 since 2000 and OSHAS 18001 since 2005 we are also register and in full compliance all the AD EHSMS requirement. As a consequence of our high quality standards focused on customer satisfaction, we had been awarded with a certificate of Appreciation by Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) during the Partners Forum of 2009.
