As such, Nestle' Waters became the world bottled water leader.Established in 130 countries, with a full range of product formats for all distribution channels,Nestle' Waters offers bottled waters and refreshing water-based beverages to meet consumer needs anywhere, anytime. Ghadeer Mineral Water Company was established in 1982.The production started in 1983 for the small formats (Ghadeer bottles), then in 1998, a new line for producing Ghadeer 5 Gallon was established. In 1993 Nestle' had already the vision that a healthy lifestyle would lead to water becoming a major growth category. Based on that, in 1999, Nestle' Waters (known at that time as Perrier Vittel Group) acquired shares in Ghadeer Mineral Water Company.In 2002, Nestle' Waters bought the whole shares and new management took over.The vision of the company was clear: to provide & develop safe and high quality bottled water and to satisfy the evolving needs of consumers. A major change took place by establishing its own distribution force enabling a full coverage of Hashemite Kingdom.Today, sales force is distributing all formats of bottled water, range from 0.33 liter to 19 lit (5 Gallon bottles) and 2 brands leader in the water market: Ghadeer & Nestle' Pure Life.
