HM Fitness Centre was established in April 2013, it started off as a bodybuilding and in November 2013 we managed to transform the Centre into a Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and many other disciplines. Located in the heart of new Dubai, HM Fitness Centre at Dubai Bowling Centre, is a new and exciting themed fitness club that caters to the residents of Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed road, Al Quoz among others. The ultimate training facility has arrived, the New home of MMA & Fitness in the Middle East. A World class establishment with World class coaches. HM Fitness Centre is taking MMA & Fitness in the Middle East to the next level. The gym boasts two separate sections. The bottom floor gym area is a mixed training area and the top floor facility is a Ladies only section. Both include state of the art amenities. HM Fitness Centre is passionately committed to creating and maintaining an environment that welcomes everyone to improve their fitness, health and wellness. HM Fitness Centre wants to bring down the barriers to fitness by creating state of the art facilities in Dubai.
