Vocational Education Training (VET) system statistics show that only 30% of students completed their studies in 2011. This high fall out rate represents a huge cost to the industry. The GLS system is designed to address this huge dropout rate. Students need and want quality support, ongoing motivation, discipline and accountability during their studies to keep them on track.
