Since its inception in 1989, Integrated Technology Group lead in technological innovation and was the first Middle Eastern firm to develop and export electronic data interchange (EDI) solution into the European market. Managing a steady growth and technological lead in the past thirteen years, ITG harnessed XML technology to develop the most comprehensive online Quranic resource Website in the world. In addition, ITG was the first Jordanian software company to develop and deploy an integrated, multilingual enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution in 1995. ITG has a strong local and international presence with deployments in Jordan the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Professional support is provided either locally or remotely via an in-house developed online support mechanism that provides 24x7 technical support to our clients. We focus on providing timely, professional support to our clients as we pay close attention to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction attainable. We pride ourselves about the fact that we continue to have an annual service contract with our first client where we deployed an accounting system in 1990. About five percent of ITG's revenue is spent on R&D and training.
