KEF Holdings (website: http://www.kefholdings.com/) was established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in 2012. KEF Holdings headquartered in Singapore was founded by Mr.FAIZAL E. KOTTIKOLLON, who launched his first state of the art foundry in 1997 called Emirates Techno Casting (ETC) in the UAE, with the aim of integrating the functions around the design and manufacture of Industrial valves. Mr.FAIZAL cherished the vision of moving beyond the commercial objectives of the business by addressing his desire to do something good to the society. Mr. FAIZAL engineered a stream lined process that significantly reduced production costs, time and wastage, while maintaining the highest quality products as required by the region's oil, gas & power sectors. ETC was recognized as one of the top 3 most technologically advanced foundries in the world. ETC was acquired by TYCO INTERNATIONAL in the year 2012. KEF Holdings operates in 6 business verticals; Infrastructure, Healthcare, Education, Agriculture, Investments, and Metals. The FAIZAL & SHABANA Foundation works with stake holders to promote initiatives that benefits the community in the area of Education and Health. The Infrastructure vertical of KEF Holdings aka KEF Infra has been building its own precast concrete elements factory in Krishnagiri. Also providing a total turnkey Infrastructure consultancy and healthcare consultancy services to global clients.
