In addition, the Group is engaged in wholesale and retail operations in leading international brands of Pharmaceutical products, perfume, cosmetics, fashion, restaurants chain and convenient stores. The Group Parent Company headquarters and key subsidiaries are located in Riyadh, KSA. In addition the Group operates branches and subsidiaries in Italy, Cyprus, Egypt, Morocco, Tunis, Lebanon, Jordan, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. The Corporate Internal Audit Department is part of the Parent Company with clear vision to help make the Group and its businesses the region’s most respected brands and with the mission to help the Group’s leaders evaluate and improve the management of control risk on behalf of shareholders, customers and employees by providing high quality and value added corporate audits.
