1) As a Panel operator from 28th June 2010 to till date with M/S: Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya), Jubail industrial city, Saudi- Arabia in Polyethylene plant (HDPE and LLDPE). DOW Chemical Technology from USA it is operated by YOKOWAWA CS3000 DCS system. Smoothly and safe operation of plant startup, shutdown, trouble shooting and normal operation of raw material purification area (Ethylene, hexane, butane, pentene, Nitrogen), Reaction area (Fluidized bed reactor UNIPOL TECHNOLOGY), Degassing column, vent gas recovery section, Propylene refrizaration area, Extruder section, finishing section and utility area. Equipment Handle/Control: Butane, hexane and pentene Pressure distillation column, Fluidized bed reactor(Unipol technology), cycle gas centrifugal compressor , Propylene refrizaration screw compressor, vent gas recovery and nitrogen reciprocating compressor, purification dryers, Fans and blowers, incinerator, various type of pumps, heat exchangers, extruder and safety equipments.
