International executive search firm with 10 years experience placing local nationals and ex-pat's into key Government and private sector leadership positions across the Middle East & Africa. Where possible we meet our candidates in person, taking time to understand their technical abilities and personality traits. We also take time to build trust with candidates so they are confident we not only understand their needs but we will operate with absolute discretion. We rarely get asked to recruit for roles below $250,000 so we're not an ideal fit for candidates below the level of Director or equivalent. the sensitive nature of our work doesn't allow us to publish our client list. Generally speaking, we prefer to engage with candidates about specific roles. The majority of people we place are not actively looking for a new position but are open to exceptional opportunities rarely found in the open job market. We don't offer career counselling or coaching services. We don't 'find' opportunities for candidates nor do we charge candidates, our fees are paid by employers.
