Natpet Schulman Specialty Plastic Compounds (NSSPC) is a 50-50 joint venture company between NATPET and A.Schulman that has been established in 2013 and will begin the commercial production in Yanbu Industrial City by the mid of calendar-year 2017. Natpet Schulman is a producer and globally seller of the polypropylene compounds from its efficient, cost-effective and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Yanbu of Saudi Arabia, with a capacity to produce 100000 tons PP compounds annually. The joint venture manufactures a line of customer-preferred engineered plastic compounds based on A. Schulman's highly regarded technology and NATPET regional infrastructure as well as its high-quality polypropylene resin. The National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET), which is a subsidiary of Alujain Corporation and a Saudi Stock Exchange listed company is a well-established petrochemical producer in the region operates a 400,000 MT/year PP plant in Yanbu and producing a wide range of PP grades. A.
