SALE Advanced Co. Ltd.was incorporated in February 2008 as a closed Joint Stock Company, to lead distribution services for Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC). Aiming to refine distribution of Al Jawal Services (Recharge, Electronic Recharge and SIM Cards) and gain from economies of scale, the consortium of Interkey, Zajoul, ATC (Salam), Vodatel, i2, Horizon Orbit, Nasco, Al Shaikh and Network Lines officially came to exist as a single entity to be SALE Advanced Co. Ltd. From inception, the company was dedicated to maintaining sustainable competitive advantage for STC by leveraging its positioning and capabilities to drive growth. Within one year of operation, we have firmly established ourselves as a leading force, serving over 15 million satisfied subscribers and generating a healthy turnover reflecting a growth of +12% vs. 2007. As of Jan. 1st - 2012, STC acquired 60% of SALE Advanced Co. Ltd.
