SKMC is a center of medical excellence located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Further info is available at www.skmc.gov.ae We are recruiting a general pathologist to join a congenial group including anatomic / general pathologists, 1 microbiologist and 1 molecular biologist. This is a full-time position for which certification in anatomic (AP) and clinical (CP) pathology, and minimum 3 years experience post-Specialty Board certification, are mandatory requirements. Proficiency in surgical pathology and cytology necessary ( no autopsies ). Additional training or experience in clinical chemistry, blood banking and / or nephropathology highly desirable and will receive priority consideration. Preference will be given to applicants choosing a 1 or 2-year contract, but consideration will also be given to locums. The attractive compensation package includes allowances for housing, travel and schooling.
