Shas operates its own water wells and water treatment plants in addition to the right of distributing public water from the Water Authority in the Kingdom. Shas produces the following types of water: ·Regular Water, this is raw water as produced from the wells and is most suited for industrial and construction uses. ·Potable Water , this is desalinated and treated water suitable for human consumption ·Special Water, this is water treated to a certain salinity level ranging from 90 ppm to 300 ppm according to customer's own requirements and specifications. Shas operates a fleet of 100 trailer tankers and 40 six wheel tankers dedicated for distributing Shas's water products in addition to public water. Shas offers the following service types: ·Contractual Water Supply, this service is most suited to medium and large organizations who need continuos water supply. Upon agreement, Shas is committed to provide a pre- determined amount of water on regular bases for the duration of the contract. ·As Needed Water Supply, this service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Customers can order water of the above types to be delivered to their respective locations. The minimum amount is a tanker's load of water or multiples thereof.
