Ensure all employees Government related documents are up to date and all government services provided to the business.
Manage the time & attendance systems.
Determine the month end accruals (ESB, vacations…)
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing.developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Monitor employees’ attendances, absentees, process leave applications (annual, sick, maternity…) and maintain leave records.
Monitor timely update of employee’s personal records.
Handles different contracts, forms, letters and Memos for employees.
interpreting and advising on employment law;
Scheduling & coordinating induction for the new joiners (briefing about their area of work, responsibilities, duties, code of conduct, and hierarchy of the company).
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Managing the employees’ transportation logistics and accommodations.
