However, Our Oracle and Unix/Linux expertise provides us with a competitive advantage in the high-tech arena. Backed by a broad range of skills, expertise and resources, PALCO focuses on market areas where it can bring significant added values to customers through its in-house technologies. We are also unique to the Middle East region IT market through the scale and scope of our high quality training and world class technical support. Provided by our dedicated technical division, these services underpin the companies drive for continuous improvement. PALCO's Oracle training and support activities are a core element of this. Being an Oracle Certified Education partner, we have maintained a close association with Oracle Corporation over the years by providing contract instructors. PALCO owes its Oracle expertise to a long, association with Oracle University. In addition, PALCO is an ORACLE Certified Business Partner. This agreement allows us to sell Oracle Services in Jordan, in the Middle East and the rest of the world.
