We are food group based in UAE with three different brands: Wildfire: This concept takes the best meats cooked over live flame with an international array of marinates. Meats will be served with creative salads; stone baked flat breads, delicious chips and appetizers. Our wall of fire contains both vertical and horizontal rotisseries, stone bread oven with open flame and an Arabic charcoal driven BBQ. Smoking doll: Smoking Doll brings the East to the Middle East. It is a new direction in Asian dining; focus heavily on Thai Food. We produce authentic Thai Cuisine that is presented on beautiful flatware in a modern style. Leopold's of London Leopold's of London is a modern café Brasserie encompassing the best of design, service, food and beverage. Leopold's of London operates 7 days a week, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Brand focus is on high quality, organic, sustainable and local sourced products. Our menu covers food items from the greater Mediterranean area including southern Europe, North Africa and the Northern Middle East. Menu items range from large format salads and platters showcased in a beautiful display counter to modern culinary treats prepared from our kitchens. Our beverage is based mainly around fine Coffee and tea. We roast our own coffee blends in house and source teas from the finest growers in South and Central Asia.
