The National Investor (10N) was formed in 1994 for the purpose of carrying out investment banking and financial services activities in the UAE by investing in businesses either directly through the setting up of joint ventures or indirectly through the capital market. Furthermore, 10N offers financial advisory services to both the Government and corporate sectors in the fields of public securities offerings, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, etc.... 10N has recently set its asset management division and intends to launch its first local fund by second quarter 2001.
