United Projects Company is a part of KIPCO Group and was formulated to handle the financing and operation of the project as a private sector investment. And its main objectives are : Undertake the financing and operation of projects implemented under the Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) scheme. Carry out general business activities such as property management. This includes leasing out commercial real estate facilities and maintenance of the same. Carry out specialized operations relating to aviation services such as ground handling, concluding ground services agreements providing cleaning and catering (food and water supplies) for air carriers and provision of tourism, travel and cargo services, etc. Currently United Projects Company is tasked with the property management and marketing activities of the Airport Mall Project and provides the financing o the project construction cost as required.
