الوصف الوظيفي

- Analyze reports from statistical and functional metrics, highlight insights for improvement and efficiency maximization in a timely manner, ensure adequate control is applied on suppliers ledger, company is aware of the financial obligations and contractual obligations in place, expected payments as per the agreed term
- Ensure ongoing development of accounting procedures and system processes to ensure a proactive accounting system, that will support the ongoing development of accounting standards manage AP automation solution, maintain approval cycles in the systems, control over duplicate invoices and payments, provisions and expense.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain high level of customer services and productive working relationships with stakeholders to foster business improvement and objective achievement, as well as work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
- Oversee and validate the preparation of financial reports pertaining to expenses, contractual commitments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Participate in the cash flow management to ensure proper movement of cash and the day today operation is covered with adequate cash.
- Coordinate with Treasury manager & FC/Area financial controller on the country financial needs, maintain cash flow reports that will allow management insights on country financial exposure.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting. Master's degree is a plu
- 7-9 years of experience is a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
