Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, and influencer management, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset who can integrate various marketing elements. Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms
