Agile Project Manager

We are seeking Agile Project Manager to lead and mentor teams that follow the
Agile methodology. The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for improving and
refining the Agile processes within the organization. The ideal candidate should
have a strong Agile background and extensive experience leading and coaching
teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide seasoned leadership to Agile teams, including coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters.
• Optimize and continuously improve Agile processes within the organization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support team members in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with other Agile teams to refine and implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the delivery of high-quality deliverables within the agreed-upon timelines and standards.
• Create a project management approach that fits best in planning and managing the work. APM must factor in the traditional techniques alongside the Agile methodology.
• Meet the project’s goals within the designated limitations of the project
• Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach, and project manager preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Strong knowledge of handling traditional projects.
• Proven experience in leading and coaching multiple Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
