Responsibilities Managing location budget and maintaining Beverages R/C. Managing Attainment for the respective HC. Preparing and reviewing CW reports (Accruals - Safety Hrs – Productivity Hrs – Planned HC – Penalty report). Managing all the vendor relations Manage ER & Compliance requests across Beverages and led internal investigations for around 10% of CW labor population. Arranging with business Eid operations and managing attainment across the respective population during Eid days Collaboration with other contingent verticals in managing additional requests; Reports, analysis & actions. Monitoring OT for across Snacks locations. Weekly connect with main stakeholders for CW-related matters and issues Conduct frequent meetings with suppliers to discuss (operation obstacles/ any updates regarding CW + Agenda) across different layers (Operation managers & Supervisors) Define and implement HC Productivity initiatives. Handling CW day-to-day operations Manage assigned accounts budget through Co-developing AOP, submitting relative forecast and budget reviews, and close monitoring of monthly actual cost Vs budgets. Build detailed HC AOP Up on Business requirements, crewing, budget targets, financial tasks, production plans, and New business initiatives. Monitoring of labor attainment in assigned accounts to ensure 100% attainment and take preventive and corrective actions timely. Build monthly financial accruals of assigned accounts along with the cause of change analysis and share it with the Control team. Prepare monthly Contingent KPIs analysis and share it with relevant stakeholders (Financial Forecast & Interventions). Administer R&R program implementation for Contingent labor. Ensure timely and proper safety /food safety orientation sessions are delivered to 100% of new labors. Leading on the new contingent onboarding process Review and track labor exceptional sick leave cases. Manage and control OT consumption via the OT module on the labor view system to meet OT and total target budget. Conduct timely site tours. Build and execute the monthly HC plans to meet business requirements aligning with all relevant stakeholders (internally and externally) meeting the AOP and maintaining the R/C targets. Compose an agile approach to smoothly manage the daily dynamic business plans with operation excellence while maintaining cost efficiency. Ensure delivering a daily contingent performance scorecard to business leaders to ensure KPIs alignment and agree on way forward action plans. Develop a monthly corrective action plan to ensure vendors’ compliance with labor hiring documents. Lead effective change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of vendor remapping across sites with zero business interruptions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field +3 years of experience in HR operations or related field, preferably 1 year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of building HR policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity.
