Job Description:
-Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
-Graduates
-Excellent/ Fluent Italian speakers
-Max age: 40
-Flexible with rotational & night shifts
