Job Description



Leading the supply chain teams (SLC & LOP) and support their growth and development. Consistently improving the Customer Experience through active collaboration with Customer and internal departments. Managing chain of external and internal order processes or reverse messages and fault finding (e.g. blocked orders, no invoices, issues relating to electronic ordering, etc.) Complaints reporting, root causing and Service improvement. Financial processing for products and services within SLC (Customer Service and Logistics Interface) (credits and debits & third party process for batteries, and rebates/bonuses) Enabling and supporting customer supply chain "O2C" (Order to Cash) (e.g. master data, freight cost definition, SAP O2C related setup/settings). Responsible for electronic ordering actives (TecCom, EDI and/or Other) Actively driving digitization within the O2C and input functions/activities. Strong focus on Trade facilitation landscape, maintaining a working knowledge of regulations and requirements to import and export. Leading sales forecast planning processes and drive for higher goods availability & on time supply. Reporting and active analyses of data for the respective KPIs. Liaising with all areas and levels of the supply chain to resolve issues & queries. Ensure skill sets continually improve to meet all Customer needs & Bosch Group system changes.

Qualifications



Fluent in English & Arabic. 5+ years of experience in supply chain in administrative environment.Sense of urgency and focus. High communication skills. High detail orientation. High accountability and able to collaborate with customers and internal players. Strong analytical skills. Strong team player. Ability to work remotely and deliver excellence.
