The Demand Planner plays a crucial role in forecasting and managing product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to predict future demand accurately. By collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, Demand Planners develop comprehensive demand forecasts and inventory plans that align with business goals and objectives


Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional activities, new product launches, and other factors that may impact demand.
  • Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure inventory levels meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor and adjust demand forecasts based on changes in market conditions, customer behavior, and other variables.
  • Identify and communicate potential demand risks and opportunities to stakeholders, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Utilize forecasting tools and software to improve accuracy and efficiency in demand planning processes.
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to track forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
  • Continuously review and optimize demand planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Candidates should possess retail experience
  • Prove 4 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Prior experience with the Dynamics system is a key requirement for this position.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.
