Role Overview:
As the Director of Advisory & Country Manager in Egypt, you will hold a dual role, overseeing both advisory services and the operations of our Egypt office. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients in Egypt. Moreover, this role will be responsible for supporting the business development of KSA's private sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, a proven track record in client acquisition, and previous experience in management consulting.

Responsibilities


  •  Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to attract new clients in Egypt.
  • Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Direct the execution of client projects and the practice and solution development.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables is up to SG and clients' standards.
  • Ensure timely submission of deliverables to the clients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Egypt office supporting functions.
  • Responsible for supporting the business development of KSA's private sector and the growth of SG’s client base to increase the company’s competitiveness in the industry.
  • Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
  • Handle a team of managers and consultants, as well as guide and develop the team members throughout their journey.
  • Oversee the delivery of advisory projects, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand advisory services within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications


  • +9 years of experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
  • Previous experience in the consulting industry is A MUST.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
  • Egyptian nationality is preferred.
