Director of Sustainable Fleet Operations

At Tagaddod, we are on a mission to empower communities and businesses to build sustainable impact and income through waste collection and recycling, to achieve our mission, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sustainable Fleet Operations to lead our efforts in optimizing our fleet operations while promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

As the Director of Sustainable Fleet Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce emissions, and minimize environmental impact.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainable fleet strategy
• Lead and manage a team responsible for fleet operations, maintenance, and compliance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize route planning, vehicle maintenance, and fuel efficiency
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance fleet sustainability
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to fleet operations and sustainability
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry organizations, to stay informed of relevant regulations and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Manage budget and resources related to fleet operations
