About TwentyToo: TwentyToo seeks a passionate and proactive Engineering Team Lead to join our startup. We are building an AI for the Retail Tech for the fashion industry and other fields to help businesses increase revenue and optimize costs. As the Team Lead, you will oversee our engineering team, guiding them in deploying, packaging, and scaling our Saas models such as recommenders, dynamic pricing, and items auto-tagging. Responsibilities:
Lead the technical vision, methodologies, and solutions for TwentyToo.
Guide team in delivering innovative solutions to meet market demands.
Coach and foster growth of the technical team, creating a sense of community.
Organize and structure product development teams for efficient project delivery.
Manage technological resources for short and long-term needs.
Develop and own technical roadmaps and budgets for successful execution.
Drive strategic direction, development, and future growth through core capabilities and partnerships.
Oversee the software development team, evaluate performance, and manage the budget.
Solve engineering challenges and monitor technology performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
Establish technology standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, mathematics, or related field.
5+ years of tech management expertise with proficiency in Node.js.
2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and team management experience.
Strong background in building, scaling, and coaching tech teams, managing product delivery, budgeting, and planning.
Expertise in architecting software products and designing distributed systems (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful Services).
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development models.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Track record of delivering high-quality results, prioritizing activities, and managing time efficiently.
Working Conditions:
Full-time job.
4 days working from our Maadi office and one day from home.
Flexible working hours: You can arrive at the office anytime between 9:00 am and 12:00 PM.
