SOKNA is hiring Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements. Job Responsibilities:
Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner.
Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team.
Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral.
Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality.
Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values.
Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements.
Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes.
Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Very good written and spoken English.
Past experience in Customer service, Hospitality, Client Service relations, public relations, Patient relations is a must.
Leadership and high communication skills.
Decision Making / Problem Solving skills.
