Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management
Investor Communications:
Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective investors, financial institutions, and investment analysts to promote the company’s investment value proposition.
Prepare and distribute periodic updates to investors, ensuring transparency and ongoing engagement with the company's financial health and strategic direction.
Develop compelling pitch decks, financial models, and presentations tailored for investor meetings, conferences, and other stakeholder engagements.
Maintain and update the company data room, ensuring that all investor-related documents and financial information are accurate, current, and accessible.
Strategic Advisory:
Offer strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level, integrating financial analysis with broader business strategies.
Provide financial expertise in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, or capital market activities.
Communicate complex financial information and investment opportunities to non-financial stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS business
