Job Description
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive professional services strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professional services professionals, including project managers, consultants, and customer success managers.
  3. Define and implement best practices, processes, and methodologies for project delivery and client engagement.
  4. Collaborate with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  5. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the professional services organization.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and financial indicators to track the success and profitability of professional services engagements.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to professional services and client success.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles within the software industry.
  3. Proven track record of success in leading professional services teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive business outcomes.
  7. Experience working with enterprise software solutions and technologies.
  8. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  9. Ability to travel as needed.
