Role Overview



As our HR Manager with a focus on recruitment), you'll steer the recruitment process from the ground up, crafting strategies that align with our technical needs and our ethos of excellence. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative approach to identifying and welcoming top talent to our team – those who are not just skilled technically but are also cultural catalysts. You'll employ AI to enhance efficiency while maintaining the human touch that reflects our ethos.

Responsibilities



Talent Strategy & Leadership
· Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clarity and consistency at every stage, from sourcing to offer.
· Lead continuous refinement of candidate profiles, partnering with hiring managers to ensure all job descriptions and required skills are precisely defined and understood.
· Cultivate an environment where ongoing analysis and resolution of bottlenecks are standard practice, enhancing our recruitment strategies and methodologies.
Collaboration & Communication
· Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads to refine job descriptions continuously and candidate profiles, mirroring Integrant's unique culture and technical aspirations.
· Facilitate clear and timely communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a seamless flow of information and feedback.
· Encourage shared responsibility among the recruitment team for candidate nurturing, keeping potential hires engaged and informed throughout the recruitment cycle.
· Uphold transparency with all stakeholders regarding the status of positions, reflecting an operational or sales perspective as needed.
Sourcing & Screening Excellence
· Guide the sourcing process, leveraging innovative strategies to attract talent and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
· Ensure the implementation of a thorough screening process that assesses foundational technical skills, culture fit, and the Integrant spirit of collective success.
· Promote best practices for interviewer training and align the recruitment team on consistent, fair, and effective interviewing techniques.
Recruitment Marketing & Outreach
· Champion Integrant's brand through tailored job descriptions and strategic advertising across multiple platforms.
· Direct proactive outreach and headhunting initiatives, ensuring our recruiters are effectively engaging with top talent.
· Analyze the impact of our advertising strategies, refining approaches to maximize reach and candidate interest.
Talent Pipeline Development
· Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings, creating a talent pipeline that can be tapped into as needed.
· Community Engagement: Engage with professional communities, both online and offline, to promote the company as an employer of choice and to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
Team Development and Leadership
· Mentorship: Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to members of the recruitment team, encouraging professional growth and skill enhancement.
· Culture Ambassador: Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding the company’s core values and culture into the recruitment process and team interactions.
Process Improvement
· Evaluate Processes: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and new technologies as appropriate.
· Candidate Experience: Regularly assess and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure it remains positive, engaging, and reflective of the company's values.
AI-Driven Recruitment
· Integrate AI tools to enrich talent sourcing, improve screening accuracy, and provide insightful analytics, ensuring a strategic edge in talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting
· Performance Metrics: Analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
· Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and the overall health of the talent acquisition function.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
· Spearhead initiatives that guarantee all candidates have a positive experience that reflects Integrant’s commitment to quality and respect.
· Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs that allow new hires to assimilate seamlessly into our culture and work.
Continuous Improvement & Alignment
· Drive continuous improvement efforts, conducting self-assessments and encouraging the recruitment team to refine their approach for better efficacy.
· Maintain a structured day, balancing strategic work with responsive activities, and championing a culture of efficiency and quality.

Requirements



Qualifications



Educational and Professional Background
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
· Recruitment Expertise: At least 5 years of proven experience in a recruitment leadership role, with a clear track record of successfully building and managing high-performing teams, preferably in the tech or software development sectors.
Technical Skills and Proficiencies
· AI and Technological Acumen: Exposure to and continuous education in utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to optimize the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. This includes familiarity with platforms that use AI to analyze resumes, automate screening processes, and provide predictive analytics.
· ATS and Recruitment Software Mastery: Demonstrable experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms, with the ability to harness data and technology for strategic decision-making.
· Data-Driven Approach: Adept at analyzing recruitment metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to make informed decisions and drive process improvements. This includes proficiency in tracking and interpreting data such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
· Relationship Building: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Ability to negotiate and influence with tact and diplomacy.
· Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey Integrant’s values and culture both internally and externally. Experience with crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment communications.
Strategic and Leadership Abilities
· Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and the rapidly changing landscape of the tech industry.
· Leadership and Team Development: Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing recruitment teams. Capacity to inspire confidence and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
