We're hiring a HR Business Partner to join our team, the main role is around working with the company’s senior leadership team and department managers to help guide and communicate overall company strategy, while consulting the executive team on HR and people issues and initiatives, in additional to manage all office administrative issues


Work Condition: Completely Work from Office.

Work Location: Downtown - Nile Corniche, Cairo, Egypt


Role and Responsibilities


  • Be a catalyst in connecting the company's people strategy with the business strategy across all departments
  • You'll accomplish this through a deep understanding of business and thought leadership.
  • You will partner cross-functionally with business leaders to design and execute the company strategy for how we attract, develop, engage, and retain our people.
  • You will provide expertise in the following areas distributed work, recruitment, career planning, performance/KPIs management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, strategic development, enhancing staff performance, and supporting employee development.
  • You will maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate the development and communication of the company's core values and ethical behaviors.

  • Reinforce the company's core values and behavioral expectations through developing, communication, and coaching.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support company culture (for example: whistleblower protection, code of conduct).
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation processes for new hires, rehires, and transfers.
  • Develop employee relations programs (for example, awards, recognition, discounts, special events) that promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Responsible for company engagement programs (celebration events and outings).
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee relations programs using metrics (for example: employee surveys).
  • Establish workplace policies and procedures (for example, dress code, attendance, computer use) and monitor their application and enforcement to ensure consistency.
  • Develop, administer, and evaluate grievance/dispute resolution.
  • Build, measure, and drive success across key People Operations metrics including employee culture and engagement


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner.
  • 10+ years’ work experience with human resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Great Knowledge of the Egyptian Employment law
  • Experience in Partnering with wide network of clients and across human resources to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Males are preferred.

Preferred Certification:


  • Human Resources professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
  • Master's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
